About the position

The Senior Program Manager for Amazon Connect will lead initiatives that drive scale and growth within the Amazon Connect business. This role involves collaborating with various teams to solve complex challenges, utilizing data to inform decisions, and innovating AWS's approach to business applications. The position is integral to the Amazon Connect Specialist Team, which focuses on enhancing customer experiences and product development through deep domain expertise in customer experience and enterprise contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Drive goals, programs, and projects across different teams within the Amazon Connect specialist field organization.
• Launch and drive initiatives that enable scale and growth of the Amazon Connect business.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to solve organizational challenges that impact customers and the business.
• Lead initiatives that support scale, standardization, and repeatability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
