About the position

Chewy is seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to join the Go-to-market Operations team, responsible for executing large-scale marketing campaigns and product launches. This role involves orchestrating multiple concurrent programs, collaborating with strategic Brand and Product marketing leaders, and ensuring timely project delivery. The position is critical for maintaining and improving speed to market, requiring strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to project management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead effective partnerships across Brand Marketing, Product, Creative, Channels, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver multiple concurrent programs that drive customer value and impact various teams.
  • Develop tailored, actionable processes and work-back plans with an emphasis on speed to market.
  • Use software tools to navigate program stage gates and gather key project data.
  • Identify and resolve time-sensitive challenges with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Work with Marketers, Channel owners, and Creatives for timely project completion.
  • Facilitate external partner timelines to deliver successful product marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a subject matter authority throughout the engagement life cycle.
  • Provide feedback and insights to Marketing Leadership to influence solutions.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and expand efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environment managing multiple cross-functional programs.
  • Experience leading and supervising product and marketing relationships.
  • Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Confluence, Workfront).
  • Proven track record of analytical and innovative thinking to adapt work-back plans.
  • Ability to maintain composure in ambiguous situations and illustrate sound critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a passion for motivating and mentoring team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
