About the position

The Senior Program Manager for Building Automation/Data Centers at Honeywell is responsible for leading the operational delivery of global programs aimed at providing standardized customer experiences and outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with Global Account Directors to develop strategies and execution plans tailored to large enterprise customer needs. The position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage various business projects that enhance revenue, productivity, and process improvements, while also serving as a primary point of contact for global customer matters.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operation delivery and coordination of Global Account Customers during pre-sales, contract negotiation, project and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding global matters, coordinating within the Global Accounts PMO and with internal stakeholders.
  • Work alongside the Global Accounts Sales Team to fulfill customer needs.
  • Advocate for the global customer to ensure a consistent and standardized customer experience.
  • Coordinate across global locations for the customer and internal Honeywell teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience within the building construction industry including project/program management.
  • Ability to travel 25-35%.

  • Global customer experience with cross collaborative teams across continents
  • Experience dealing with Contractors, Channel Partners
  • Sales or Sales support experience
  • Technical knowledge of product, solutions and offerings at a High Level (including all Honeywell Offerings)
  • Knowledge of Honeywell processes, tools, organization structure desirable
  • Standard Implementation Process & Methodology experience
  • Developing Global Playbook & refining based on actual execution
  • Strong influencing, communication & coordination skills
  • Experience with collaboration across global business teams / organizations
  • Experience with Project Planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Cora PPM
