About the position

The Senior Program Manager for Clinical IT Solutions will oversee the implementation of PACS and Radiology AI projects within a large multi-facility healthcare system. This role requires strong IT Program Management experience, particularly in clinical applications, and will involve transitioning from Change Healthcare PACS to Sectra PACS. The position is hybrid, allowing for 75% remote work, and is crucial for managing complex strategic projects and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and complete the implementation of technology solutions for PACS and Radiology AI projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects including scope, schedules, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Define standards, methodologies, and processes for efficient development and implementation of systems.
  • Lead integrated activities across operational, clinical, and technical areas.
  • Provide guidance and advice during the implementation process, ensuring dynamic change management.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.

Requirements

  • PMP certification is required.
  • Proven experience in IT Program Management within the clinical application space.
  • Experience leading PACS implementations for a large multi-facility healthcare system.
  • Specific experience with Sectra PACS implementation is preferred.
  • Ability to manage overlapping projects effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Radiology AI projects.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing complex projects.
