About the position

The Senior Program Manager (Contingent) position at Pegasus Support Services, LLC is a critical role responsible for overseeing the management of sensitive and classified facility information and documentation. This position requires the individual to create, update, and maintain records located on various classified and unclassified systems, including the Top Secret SCI network Facilities' SharePoint and Secret Classified shared drive. The Senior Program Manager will ensure that all work is completed satisfactorily, timely, and professionally in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This role is essential in providing high-quality support to the U.S. Government (USG) and requires a commitment to excellence in service delivery. In this role, the Senior Program Manager will meet regularly with USG representatives to clarify project requirements and track project performance. The individual will analyze the successful completion of both short-term and long-term goals, ensuring that budgetary objectives are met and making necessary adjustments based on financial analysis. The development of comprehensive project plans is a key responsibility, which will be shared with both USG and contractor personnel. The Senior Program Manager will also be expected to continually develop their leadership skills and will be on-site full-time during regular working hours, with availability to the USG 24/7/365, either in person or by telephone. An active Top Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information is a prerequisite for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with USG to take and clarify requirements of facility projects.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with USG and Contractor personnel.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Be on-site full-time during regular working hours.
  • Be available 24/7/365 to the USG either in person or by telephone.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management of similar size and scope.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience must be on contracts in a secure government environment of similar size and scope that exceeds $5,000,000 annual contract size.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership role, managing personnel of similar quantity and scope.
  • Possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
