Intuit Global Business Services (GBS) Change Leadership Team is dedicated to supporting change management activities to continuously improve the employee experience and identify ways to streamline processes as well as strategizing, and managing our internal and external content and digital assets. We are looking for a strategic-minded individual to operate as the Employee Experience Procure to Pay (P2P) Change Management Program Manager who's obsessed with the customer experience, will demonstrate extreme ownership of their work, deliver excellence at scale, and can operate without boundaries. The candidate will lead change management and support PMO and process owners across multi-year, cross-functional projects to deliver Gen AI and automated solutions to procurement related experiences. In this role, you will contribute to Intuit's success by cultivating and coordinating relationships with project stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, and supporting decision-making. You will collaborate across Intuit to leverage resources and knowledge to solve problems and achieve results. The role requires adeptness at focusing thinking around a defined vision and critical priorities, while role-modeling execution with speed, agility, and excellence. You will develop and execute effective communications for project stakeholders in alignment with the GBS and Corporate Communications standards. Understanding and interpreting the stakeholder landscape, you will shape and drive change management activities, determining the right resources and operating mechanisms needed to gain alignment and manage change. This includes creating compelling written content and visually engaging graphics, and partnering across Finance and Technology to implement large-scale communication and training programs. Additionally, you will support project management of change management initiatives, providing meaningful insights to project teams to drive strategy and key decisions. Your role will also involve owning the design, structure, and maintenance of Employee Experience project content on various platforms, ensuring consistency and the highest level of performance.
