About the position

The Senior Program Manager for Employee Experience Procure to Pay (P2P) Change Leader at Intuit is responsible for leading change management initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and streamlining procurement processes. This role involves strategic oversight of multi-year, cross-functional projects, focusing on delivering AI and automated solutions to improve procurement-related experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive successful change management across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivates and coordinates relationships with project stakeholders, providing strategic guidance to senior leaders.
  • Collaborates across Intuit to leverage resources and knowledge to solve problems and achieve results.
  • Develops and executes effective communications for project stakeholders in alignment with GBS and Corporate Communications standards.
  • Interprets stakeholder landscape and expectations to shape and drive change management activities.
  • Creates compelling written content and visually engaging graphics for communication and training programs.
  • Partners with Finance, Technology, Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional teams to implement large-scale communication and training programs.
  • Owns the design and maintenance of Employee Experience project content on intranet and collaboration portals.
  • Supports project management of change management initiatives, providing insights to drive strategy and key decisions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of change management and strategic communications experience.
  • Experience with Procurement operations, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Supplier Data Management, Strategic Sourcing, Source to Contract, and 3rd party risk management.
  • Experience delivering change management initiatives for AI-related and automated experiences.
  • Proficient in communications and training content authoring systems such as Sharepoint, ServiceNow, LumApps, Degreed, and Loom.
  • Proficient in collaboration and productivity systems such as Google & Microsoft Applications and Slack.
  • Experience leading complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders/partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other quantitative discipline preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Coupa, Aravo, Oracle, CMAPP platforms preferred.
  • Experience producing digital content (infographics, video editing) for internal and external websites.
  • Experience working in the High-Tech or Financial Services sector preferred.
