About the position

The Senior Program Manager will join the F-15 System Program Office within Astrion's Air Force Division, focusing on Foreign Military Sales. This role involves overseeing program management tasks, supporting acquisition events, and ensuring the successful integration of documentation and program strategies. The position requires a strong background in defense-related projects and the ability to work independently while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of documents such as MOAs, MOUs, SOOs, PWSs, SOWs, RFPs, and other key program documentation.
• Support key acquisition events and reviews, including System Requirements Reviews, Preliminary Design Reviews, and Critical Design Reviews.
• Provide milestone documentation support and program assessments to ensure consistency with program strategy.
• Support Commander/Director Action Group processes, including Monthly Acquisition Reports and Defense Acquisition Executive Summary.
• Provide technical support and participate in integrated program reviews and conferences, managing action items post-review.
• Assist with the review of proposals and coordinate documentation between functional resources.

Requirements

• Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the technical/professional discipline, with 5 years in the DoD; or BA/BS degree with 15 years of experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or 20 years of directly related experience with 8 years in the DoD.
• Current Required Security Clearance: Secret.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Skype/Lync, MS Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
