Amazon's Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) Voice of Seller team is seeking a Senior Program Manager who possesses a strong technical skill set and a proven ability to influence across multiple organizations. Over the past two decades, the share of physical gross merchandise sales sold on Amazon by third-party Sellers has significantly increased. With Sellers from various countries listing their products on the Amazon Marketplace, they have become increasingly vital to Amazon's vision of providing the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices. This role will involve direct interaction with World Wide FBA Sellers, where the Senior Program Manager will gain insights into their supply chain and work towards reducing end-to-end supply chain costs. This position will provide exposure to Seller pain points and the opportunity to reshape their experience by influencing product vision and roadmap to implement transformative product ideas on a global scale. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and reporting on business metrics that align with your program goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to create automation mechanisms that drive scalability. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating directly with FBA Sellers to understand their challenges and supply chain intricacies, resolving these pain points through innovative product solutions, and making strategic recommendations aimed at reducing supply chain costs for Sellers. You will act as the voice of the Seller, driving the strategic product vision and roadmap to enhance Seller experience and satisfaction with the FBA program. Additionally, you will be tasked with driving alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners, setting delivery and completion dates for program milestones, and establishing a regular review cadence to report on the status and impact of your initiatives in accordance with established goals. Utilizing metrics, you will conduct deep dives into issues to uncover business-driving trends and patterns, setting up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections to meet business objectives. You will also partner closely with other program and product managers, Seller-facing teams, operations associates, and tech leads to successfully deliver on your roadmap.
