As the Senior Program Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in leading our global recruitment technology evolution. In this role, you will report to the Director, Global Talent Transformation & Employer Brand, and will lead the implementation and management of new talent acquisition technology in support of the entirety of the global talent acquisition function, which includes early talent, hourly, professional, and executive hiring. This position is an individual contributor role that requires extensive collaboration across a multitude of matrixed global stakeholders including IT, Digital Enablement, and Procurement. You will ensure a high level of service delivery and operational excellence in the recruitment technology space. Your responsibilities will include leading the strategic deployment and ongoing enhancement of global recruitment technologies, drawing on best practices from large, matrixed organizations. You will partner closely with IT and Digital Enablement teams to evaluate the current recruitment technology stack, recommend improvements, and oversee the implementation of new technologies. Additionally, you will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans, training initiatives, and certification processes, to ensure successful technology and process adoption within the recruitment team. As a trusted advisor, you will offer expert guidance on recruitment technology decisions and improvement efforts, while also leading and managing both global and local projects related to recruitment technology and process optimization. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of technology implementations and continuous improvement initiatives will also be a critical part of your role. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Global Inclusion, Diversity & Equity team to ensure recruitment technologies and processes are inclusive, tracking progress and fostering diversity in hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic deployment and ongoing enhancement of global recruitment technologies.
  • Partner closely with IT and Digital Enablement teams to evaluate the current recruitment technology stack and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans and training initiatives.
  • Act as a key consultant to Global TA leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage both global and local projects related to recruitment technology and process optimization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with the Global Inclusion, Diversity & Equity team to ensure recruitment technologies and processes are inclusive.
  • Utilize deep expertise in global recruitment tools and technologies to enhance recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition programs and operations (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
  • 5+ years of managerial experience within recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes across direct labor, early talent, professional, and executive recruitment.
  • Proven history of assessing and implementing recruitment technology on a global scale.
  • Experience in professional, full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources concepts and processes.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and effectively communicate data/metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team to drive results.
  • Excellent in Change & Project Management concepts.
  • Experience working in a global and matrixed Fortune 500 organization.
