About The Position
The Senior Program Manager will join Hootsuite's PMO team, focusing on Launch Operations and Readiness. This role is responsible for managing new product and feature releases, ensuring that all business units are prepared to promote, sell, deliver, and support products effectively. The position requires comprehensive planning and execution to achieve defined launch objectives and key results, reporting directly to the Vice President of Program Management.
