About the position

The Senior Program Manager will lead the development of insurance-related communications, educational content, and training programs for Amazon's global last mile delivery partners. This role emphasizes high standards in communication and content creation, fostering trust with cross-functional partners, and innovating internal processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a multi-channel content strategy, including written communications, infographics, and video.
• Translate complex messaging into simple and easy-to-understand content.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications and partner sentiment.
• Identify opportunities to continually improve the insurance program for Amazon customers and delivery partners.
• Develop and drive business decisions as a senior level leader.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

• Bachelor's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
