About the position

The Senior Program Manager for Marketing AI Transformation at Google Cloud is responsible for creating capabilities and services that empower Google Cloud Marketers to enhance their impact and decision-making. This role involves leading business transformation initiatives, advocating for customer needs, and leveraging AI to modernize marketing strategies across various regions and products.

Responsibilities

• Identify highest value use cases and design, build, and lead execution of associated business transformation projects based on required changes, costs, and returns.
• Advocate for the customer from a marketing user perspective, sourcing internal Google Marketing and external best practices from advanced tech marketing teams.
• Develop a prioritization framework, recommendations, and an executive decision-making process for investment in product strategy and AI-centric marketing transformation projects.
• Ensure the success of transformation projects by aligning OKRs, managing dependencies, securing commitments, and allocating resources across cross-functional teams.
• Identify areas within Cloud Marketing where AI can accelerate modern marketing transformation, growth, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in program or project management.
• 7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with customer engineering and building presentations for executive audiences.

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with marketing technology, sales, business growth technology, AI, or management consulting.
• Track record of driving and executing successful business transformation initiatives.
