About the position

The Senior Program Manager at Schwab will lead the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, defining and executing the vision for asset management in collaboration with Marketing, Brand, and Technology teams. This role is crucial for managing over 600k reusable assets, ensuring workflow efficiencies, and supporting brand consistency. The position involves strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of the DAM platform to enhance customer experiences and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and implement the strategic vision of the DAM platform for various audiences across the organization.
• Manage the product backlog to mitigate risk and ensure successful asset and guidelines management.
• Track performance, reporting, and support communications across partners and user groups.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive research for enterprise-level DAMs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience as a digital product owner of a cloud-based software application.
• Demonstrated experience working with DAM systems, preferably Bynder.
• Technical expertise in software development relevant to DAM platforms.
• Experience driving multi-channel programs in a highly matrixed environment.
