About the position

The Senior Program Manager for the Amazon Currency Converter (ACC) will lead initiatives that significantly impact Amazon's customer experience and financial performance. This role involves managing a global business, collaborating with internal and external payment partners, and driving the expansion and innovation of payment solutions for Sellers worldwide. The Program Manager will be responsible for launching new programs, maintaining partner relationships, and ensuring seller trust in a critical program for Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Drive new and existing initiatives for the Amazon Currency Converter business.
• Collaborate with internal and external payment partners to expand product offerings.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance payment experiences for Sellers.
• Launch new programs and features related to the ACC.
• Own relationships with partners to drive global expansion and adoption.
• Conduct financial and economic analysis to support program strategies.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into business requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Proven ability to own program strategy and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional environments.
• Experience in identifying customer needs and translating them into business requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or related field.
