About the position

The Senior Program Manager, Real Estate Technology Strategy at the World Bank is a pivotal role within the Corporate Real Estate Center of Excellence (CoE). This position is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of technology systems that support corporate real estate and facilities operations. The role involves ensuring the integration and optimization of various workplace technologies, collaborating with multiple departments to enhance productivity and user experience, and providing expert guidance on real estate technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on real estate technology systems and tools.
  • Provide strategic advice and practical solutions to improve existing systems and implement new technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for real estate technology systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with other SMEs to integrate technology into real estate processes.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of technology systems and tools.
  • Plan and execute the roll-out of technology and systems, engaging with facilities and project managers.
  • Conduct regular assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements or new solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, coordinating maintenance and upgrades.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on using real estate technology systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system users.
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of real estate technology systems and tools.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology focused on corporate real estate operations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Archibus, Autocad, FM:Systems, Tango, Tririga.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing transaction management, project management, and facilities management software.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
