Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and management of multiple key projects and initiatives.
• Align projects with strategic and regional goals.
• Provide advanced program leadership support to the Operations area.
• Collaborate closely with senior and executive leadership.
• Support the growth and viability of the Analytics Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or other healthcare-related areas.
• 5 years of experience managing project work and/or programs, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Experience in clinical program management and partnering with clinicians.
• Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in any field.
• Specialized training in facilitation of diverse groups.
• Lean/Six Sigma training and certification within 1 year of hire.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within 3 years of hire.
• 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• 1 year of management experience.
