About the position

The Program Manager at re:Cycle Reverse Logistics will oversee and coordinate the development and expansion of a scalable part return process aimed at maximizing recovery of used electronic equipment. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder objectives, particularly in support of the Reverse Logistics program and its RMA and Warranty capabilities. The Program Manager will work closely with internal operations and technical teams to develop processes, metrics, and business reviews that drive project goals and customer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource efficiency measurements.
• Work on a diverse project portfolio supporting Sustainability and recovery initiatives and strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Operations, Commercials, Customer, Environmental, and Finance leadership.
• Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and risks, and address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner.
• Coordinate global monthly business reviews with associated metrics and narrative, including document writing and presentations to influence necessary business actions.
• Partner with reporting teams to develop new reporting and metrics to monitor efficiencies and SLA commitments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
