About the position

The Senior Program Manager for Sales Enablement Operations will lead the Program Management Functions for Enablement Programs in North America. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define, create, and implement programs that enhance sales capabilities and ensure effective project governance. The position focuses on delivering skills onboarding and development across sales teams, aligning enablement activities with business goals, and providing oversight for program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Define Intacct Expansion Programs into new markets in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Define Intacct acceleration Programs into existing markets ensuring alignment with defined outcomes.
  • Manage the intake process to ensure delivery aligns with strategic direction and local GTM plans.
  • Collaborate with BU GTM team to align Enablement Programs with BU expansion plans.
  • Define enablement Programs for 'the 14' with significant enablement needs.
  • Ensure Programs for 'the 14' are structured and resourced for successful delivery.
  • Drive participation in onboarding Programs aligned to craft for large-scale enablement.
  • Review and refine Programs with Enablement Leads to improve delivery and outcomes.
  • Ensure visibility and ownership of planned projects across the wider enablement team.
  • Align on delivery of assets and content with wider RTR teams.
  • Provide reporting for project status and metrics for progress tracking.
  • Develop enablement Programs with Head of Programs ensuring quality and outcomes.
  • Support regional leadership teams in aligning workstream leads and resources for Geo Onboarding Programs.
  • Create governance structures for Intacct expansion Programs to ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with country project management for resource alignment and delivery of plans.
  • Provide resource and asset support for specific enablement activities as required.
