At Rippling, Revenue Enablement is the nucleus of the business. As a Senior Enablement Program Manager, you will be focused on ensuring the success of our Global Sales Team. This role requires you to partner closely with stakeholders across the business to help bring enablement programs to life and across the finish line. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of your programs, which includes analysis, project management, content development, execution, reinforcement, and measurement. If you have a passion for enabling winning teams, working in very fast-paced environments, and love to collaborate, this is the job for you. In this position, you will develop and manage end-to-end Global enablement programs, which encompass curriculum design, playbook development, certification creation, execution, and evaluation/measurement. You will partner directly with the VP of Global Sales to assist in additional areas of Global support needed, such as All hands, team meetings, off-sites, and project management. Collaborating with key stakeholders such as Product Marketing Management (PMM) and Revenue Operations (RevOps) will be essential to understand business priorities and ensure your enablement plans are aligned. You will also review data sets (such as in Tableau) to help inform your enablement recommendations based on business gaps. Ensuring that new Global Sales Representatives are onboarded successfully will be a critical part of your role, which involves building onboarding content, keeping it up to date, and adding new or relevant content as needed. As the Global Payroll Enablement Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be expected to learn and educate others on our Global Payroll products and launches. Additionally, you will facilitate soft-skills training such as MEDDPICC, negotiation, and getting to power. Close collaboration with the Revenue Enablement team will be necessary to ensure that cross-collaboration and communication are prioritized.
