About the position

The Senior Program Manager at Clearwater Analytics, LLC is responsible for acting as a strategic liaison among various stakeholders, including product, engineering, and R&D teams. This role involves overseeing the execution of strategic programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments. The Senior Program Manager will also track project progress, report key performance indicators, and seek continuous improvements in program delivery, all while adhering to Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic liaison between product, engineering, and R&D stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
  • Take ownership of one or more strategic programs, overseeing their execution with minimal oversight to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive communication plans to support assigned initiatives, ensuring clear lines of communication are established and maintained throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Facilitate discussions and engagement with senior leadership, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), to provide updates, address concerns, and obtain necessary support.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) on project/sprint progress, enabling data-driven decision-making and identifying potential roadblocks or issues that require resolution.
  • Provide schedules and actively monitor the progress of projects, releases, upgrades, and maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with established timelines and milestones.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for continuous service improvements, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize program delivery and outcomes.
  • Foster an open and collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to oversee related release activities and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or an IT Project Manager-related occupation.
