About the position

In this role, you will leverage your business analysis and program management expertise to define and deliver critical initiatives aimed at enhancing business outcomes and driving profitable growth. You will analyze existing processes, propose solutions, and coordinate actions to ensure timely and effective project delivery, becoming the subject matter expert for project justification, key decisions, execution, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and channel partners to plan, design, build, and implement business process re-engineering and technology implementation programs.
• Develop vision, scope, requirements, and test and implementation plans in collaboration with the cross-functional project team.
• Investigate, analyze, and document current operational processes, building requirements for desired future states.
• Design potential solutions to problems identified through analysis and investigation.
• Develop and update project plans, cost, and resource estimates.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and governance groups, escalating to executive leaders as necessary.
• Maintain a cost model for project financials, tracking spending and identifying budget risks and opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases at the application and multi-application levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of progressive experience in Corporate or Military settings.
• Experience in developing and implementing hardware and software solutions for data center and virtual infrastructure technologies.
• Strong engineering experience with core platforms and services, including VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, DNS, DFS, DHCP, Active Directory, SCCM, data center networking, and storage fundamentals.
• Virtualization experience with enterprise applications focusing on cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.
• Expertise in Data Center Automation, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), API management, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JSON, Bash).
• Proven background working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements to functional specifications.
• Technical and analytical skills to provide solutions to a variety of business problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Project management skills (PMP certification is desired).
• Proven experience in IT/security meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level-II requirements.
• Secret Clearance is preferred, or the ability to obtain Secret Clearance required.
