About The Position
The Program Manager will oversee the Yanfeng Product Realization Process (PRP) programs, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and implementation of objectives. This role involves interfacing with various levels of management, leading cross-functional teams, and serving as a central communication point for the Simultaneous Development Team (SDT). The Program Manager will also be responsible for managing scope changes, risks, and ensuring compliance with the product launch process.
