About the position

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for driving value creation in program engagements, optimizing efficiency through process enhancements, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful program implementation and profitability. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, addressing risks, and fostering collaboration to achieve high-performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive value creation in program engagements by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with key Program Partners or Stakeholders to manage their interests.
• Optimize engagement profitability by strategically managing diverse variables and implementing targeted strategies.
• Engage proactively with clients to understand business engagements.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, offering guidance and fostering collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and address risks, issues, and escalations with robust mitigation and contingency plans.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in program management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of business operations and stakeholder management.
• Experience in the software and IT consulting industry.
• B-Tech degree or equivalent qualification.
