About the position

Parker Tide Corp. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the management of a contract with the government. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of products and services, maintaining high-quality project work, and serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor resources and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the government regarding all project matters.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and maintain customer relations.
• Provide strategic guidance in federal human capital efforts and manage multiple high-complexity projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 8 years of supervisory or managerial experience, with the last 3 years in a position exercising operational control.
• 5 years of experience interacting with and briefing high-level government or industry executives.
• 5 years of experience managing multiple high-complexity projects.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or 5 years of relevant experience.
