About the position

The Senior Program Manager at the Research Foundation CUNY is responsible for managing the design, development, delivery, and administration of a portfolio of learner-centric training programs aimed at developing leadership skills and providing professional development for employees. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, leading the design of new training initiatives, and partnering with instructional design vendors to assess training needs. The Senior Program Manager will also support marketing, logistics, and enrollment management for learning programs, monitor program effectiveness, and lead special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, development, delivery, and administration of training programs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients and partner organizations.
• Lead the design and development of new training initiatives.
• Partner with instructional design vendors to assess training needs.
• Support marketing, logistics, and enrollment management for learning programs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Public Administration.
• 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
