About The Position
The Senior Program Manager at the Research Foundation CUNY is responsible for managing the design, development, delivery, and administration of a portfolio of learner-centric training programs aimed at developing leadership skills and providing professional development for employees. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, leading the design of new training initiatives, and partnering with instructional design vendors to assess training needs. The Senior Program Manager will also support marketing, logistics, and enrollment management for learning programs, monitor program effectiveness, and lead special projects as assigned.
