About the position

The Senior Program Manager at Motorola Solutions is responsible for managing the staging process from order to shipment, including customer demonstrations. This role involves collaboration with various teams to determine project scope, timeline, and requirements, while also identifying and implementing process transformation projects. The position requires regular communication with senior leaders regarding business unit performance and working with cross-functional teams across multiple business segments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the staging process from order to shipment, including customer demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Field Deployment Teams, and Sales to determine project scope, timeline, and requirements.
• Identify and implement process transformation projects.
• Regularly communicate with senior leaders regarding business unit performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams at all levels across multiple business segments.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Procurement to streamline delivery of drop ship materials.
• Forecast material needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, IT, Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Program Manager or Senior PMO leader required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
