Senior Program Manager

We are inviting you to join the Bing Ads Marketplace Team as a Senior Program Manager. We are a team of Program Managers who are responsible for managing the marketplace for multiple publishers. We continuously monitor the performance of each publisher across multiple different aspects like Advertiser, User and monetization to work towards a holistic publisher solution. The team also works in close coordination with the Engineering team to build and ship next generation algorithms. The team is also responsible for managing shipping of new features into the market and evaluating the key metrics and impact around those releases. The team collaborates across other different teams outside Ads Organization as part of One Microsoft. If you are really passionate about Experimentation and obsessed with User experience and Partner satisfaction, you will enjoy this role. You will need excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - to be able to drive action across teams.
