About the position

The Senior Program Manager will lead and direct project teams in the design, implementation, and modification of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical requirements. This role involves managing a Content Management System (CMS) for large enterprise programs and requires effective communication with various stakeholders across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Managing a Content Management System (CMS) for multiple large enterprise programs (including Agile Sprint planning, retrospectives, and planning reports)
• Mitigating risks and ensuring alignment with multiple stakeholders across a matrix organization
• Working directly with the translation product and partnering with the PM supporting the offshore engineering team
• Implementing a follow-the-sun model and acting in both support and ownership capacities
• Driving progress and transparency in Generative AI initiatives
• Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of technology
• Experience with Jira, including creating program-level views
• Proficiency with Confluence
• Ability to create program plans, maps, and timelines
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to be agile and flexible
• Ability to work with onshore (East Coast) teams and support a follow-the-sun model
