About the position

The Senior Program Manager will oversee programs supporting projects within the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and managing program metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programs supporting IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope.
  • Develop templates, roadmaps, reports, and metrics necessary for program management.
  • Measure and report on the success of the program.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with strategic programs and partners.
  • Communicate infrastructure requirements necessary for executing the IT portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and governance processes.
  • Provide IT services including planning, development, implementation, and support for systems solutions.
  • Utilize tools for estimating costs associated with projects/programs.
  • Lead creative problem-solving efforts and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Negotiate conflicts and ensure resolution of identified issues.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to team members.
  • Establish comprehensive service level agreements.
  • Ensure project/program outcomes reflect organizational goals.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage information flow between teams.
  • Monitor program results against technical specifications and ensure resource allocation.
  • Develop and manage meaningful metrics to demonstrate team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage department budgets, providing justification for variances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of job-related experience.
  • SAFe RTE, Scrum Master, or PMI PMP Certification.
  • Experience managing IT Infrastructure related programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years or more implementing Infrastructure projects.
