About the position

The Senior Program Manager at Intuit will play a pivotal role in the Corporate Responsibility team, focusing on enhancing financial literacy among students through the development of personal finance and entrepreneurial skills. This position involves managing the Food Truck Program, which includes organizing large-scale events and competitions aimed at preparing students for future job opportunities. The role requires strong project management skills, collaboration with various teams, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances while ensuring program success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an end-to-end program vision and strategy to ensure long-term success.
  • Project management of the overall program, including building and managing the program's project plan and leading team meetings.
  • Build and maintain district partnerships to support program implementation and growth.
  • Collect and disseminate impact stories to support Intuit's storytelling efforts, collaborating with marketing and communications teams.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to develop program experiences that support students in developing job-ready skills.
  • Manage a team of contractors to ensure program scale does not compromise quality.
  • Lead the execution of large-scale launch events that engage students and celebrate the program's launch.
  • Track impact data across the program and develop reports for public dissemination.
  • Develop and manage core program experiences such as the Student Showcase and Teacher Summit.
  • Manage the RFP process to source new partners and work with legal and district leadership towards contract execution.
  • Manage external vendors to execute program events and curriculum development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in developing and managing educational programs with school/district partners.
  • Proven experience in event coordination and project management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple partner programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances.

Nice-to-haves

  • Passion for financial literacy and education is a plus.
  • Project-management software experience strongly preferred.
