About the position

In this Senior Technical Program Manager role, you will lead a multi-functional team to design and implement technical solutions that address business challenges in a fast-paced, agile environment. The position emphasizes influence over authority, requiring strong collaboration across departments to ensure project success. You will manage project scopes, schedules, and resources while focusing on automation and efficiency, ultimately delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes and plan schedules for technical solutions.
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
• Prepare and distribute progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Correct deviations from project plans and perform delivery planning.
• Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery.
• Collaborate with program and product management, operations, and engineering teams.
• Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a hands-on technical project/program manager in a related industry.
• Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to handle competing demands.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
• Self-driven problem solver able to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Nice-to-haves

• 7 to 10 years of project management or product design experience.
• Experience managing cloud development or operational projects.
• Thorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure services.
• Experience in cloud operations.
