Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional program teams overseeing end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to influence action and ensure that strategic initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and resource availability.
  • Identify and document program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to senior leaders as appropriate.
  • Motivate and hold teams accountable to achieving program objectives and strategic business goals.
  • Champion the ongoing development of the PMO function, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and consistently implementing enhancements.
  • Mentor and coach junior program managers, providing guidance on best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques - PMP Certification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Adept at business and project management tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Displays and acts with intellectual curiosity, initiative, integrity, maturity, and professionalism.
