About the position

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing program management and change management, ensuring successful project delivery by applying agile methodologies. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage complex projects while aligning with business goals. The position is based in Dallas, TX and requires onsite presence from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Act as a scrum master for agile teams, facilitating scrum processes, removing impediments, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Manage and lead project teams in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption and support for project related changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to ensure alignment and progress towards project objectives.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross functional teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain project delivery.
• Hands-on Project / Program manager experience in Supply Chain / Logistics network and routing.
• Proficiency in scrum methodologies and experience acting as a scrum master.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on change management techniques.
• Sound understanding and practical application of agile methodologies in project management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to identify risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and scrum master certification (CSM) would be advantageous.
