The Senior Program Manager at Advanced Clinical plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the flexible staffing needs of assigned clients are met with precision and excellence. This position is integral to the clinical development and strategic resourcing organization, which is dedicated to enhancing the clinical experience throughout the drug development journey. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with clients to understand their expectations, deliverables, and goals, ensuring that all aspects of the flexible staffing initiative are executed effectively. In this role, the Senior Program Manager will lead the implementation and management of a dedicated flexible sourcing initiative tailored to the specific needs of clients. This includes establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Governance/Steering Committees to monitor progress and ensure alignment with client objectives. The Senior Program Manager will act as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring that the client's needs are not only met but exceeded. The responsibilities extend to crafting and implementing program and quality oversight plans, overseeing flexible staffing personnel across various functional areas such as Clinical Trial Operations, Clinical Monitoring, Data Management, and more. The Senior Program Manager will also manage the recruitment process for client-specific flexible staffing, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This includes overseeing recruitment, hiring, supervision, and termination processes, as well as monitoring operational reports and metrics to ensure that unit goals are achieved. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Senior Program Manager will partner with Business Development, Proposal Development, and Marketing teams for client RFPs and presentations. Additionally, they will provide leadership and guidance to the Strategic Resourcing team and work with Advanced Clinical leadership to support the development and implementation of new process initiatives. Interaction with finance and payroll will be necessary to ensure accurate reporting and billing, while collaboration with human resources and legal counsel will ensure compliance with flexible staffing activities.
