About the position

The Senior Program Planning Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing program Integrated Master Schedule(s). This role involves creating the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities to ensure that an accurate, appropriate, and effective plan is established for the scope of work. The analyst will perform analyses to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and will evaluate trends and schedule-related metrics. Additionally, the position requires reviewing and implementing IMS coding, outlining structures, and ensuring adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain program Integrated Master Schedule(s).
  • Create network and integrated workflow of schedule activities.
  • Perform analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical path.
  • Integrate risk into the IMS structure.
  • Evaluate trends and schedule-related metrics.
  • Review and implement IMS coding and outlining structures.
  • Ensure adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program planning and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
