About the position

The Senior Program Support Manager at Parsons Corporation will play a crucial role in supporting various security mission programs both domestically and internationally. This position involves leading recruitment efforts for independent contractors, managing staffing, licensing, and training processes, and providing strategic guidance to senior management. The role requires interaction with teams at sensitive government sites and necessitates travel within the continental United States (CONUS) to support geographically diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of existing programs and the strategic establishment of new opportunities across a diverse geographical area.
• Provide guidance to senior management on program-related matters.
• Conduct recruiting activities for Independent Contractor positions across various programs.
• Assist program management personnel as a hiring manager for employee-based positions.
• Focus on the licensing and training of new personnel in accordance with client, state, and federal requirements.
• Interact directly with teams at sensitive government sites, utilizing clearance and prior experience.
• Travel within CONUS as necessary to support geographically diverse teams.

Requirements

• Current TOP SECRET security clearance with Polygraph.
• 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• 5+ years experience in recruiting personnel with polygraph level clearances.
• 5+ years of Military Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
