About the position

The Senior Programme Manager for Contractual Transaction Management at HP is a pivotal role focused on leading the transformation of contractual processes from deployment to invoicing. This position involves managing a cross-functional team to enhance operational efficiency and scalability within the organization, ensuring that processes are adaptable and strategically aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead a cross-functional program team tasked to deliver this major transformation of HP's process landscape.
• Lead complex process design and redesign across functions.
• Transform critical organizational processes and capabilities to become adaptable, scalable, and strategically aligned.
• Solve problems independently and articulate complex issues across functions and businesses.
• Collaborate with required parties to bring issues to resolution.
• Identify, implement, and lead process improvements.
• Mentor SME level employees.
• Ensure appropriate Management of Change plans are developed and executed.
• Lead regular governance and other engagements with stakeholders at L3 level or above.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field.
• Expert analytical skills and the ability to synthesize change quickly using advanced subject and process knowledge.
• Transformational mindset and ability to develop innovative, new approaches and drive this to execution.
• Excellent project management skills to run large scale highly complex cross functional transformation.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP)
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Agile) is an advantage.
