About the position

The Senior Programmer/Developer - RPA role focuses on leading the design and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in automation, team leadership, and business strategy to enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions to clients. The role involves managing a team, developing automation processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization
  • Scripting and coding in RPA tool (UiPath) to resolve automation issues
  • Reviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development and integration of systems
  • Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
  • Documenting the automation procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (UiPath) and certification as UiARD (Advanced certified RPA Developer)
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Shell scripting
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and REST APIs
  • Experience with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop)
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales and market data to set sales targets
