About the position

The Scrum Master (Mobile and Frontend Focus) is responsible for facilitating and supporting all scrum events, managing project scope and timelines for agile teams, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members. This role involves working closely with product owners and program managers to manage backlogs, resolve conflicts, and implement changes effectively, while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint. The position may also involve hybrid responsibilities of a Project Manager and Scrum Master, particularly in mobile app and frontend-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Manage various project's scope and timeline for the respective agile team.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration among team members.
• Work with product owners and program managers to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during the project lifecycle.
• Help teams implement changes effectively to improve processes and outcomes.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Certified/Professional Scrum Master with expert knowledge in Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, XP tools, etc.
• Proven experience leading mobile app or frontend-focused projects.
• Experience promoting the values of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency within mobile and frontend development teams.
• Exceptional interactive and collaboration skills with experience in building high-performance teams, focusing on mobile app and frontend developers.
• Knowledge of Agile approaches such as XP, Kanban, FDD, TDD, SAFe, DAD, Nexus, LeSS, and scrum@scale.
• Knowledge of Agile technology practices such as DevOps, Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, with practical experience applying these practices in mobile or frontend projects.
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and frontend technologies (iOS, Android, React, Angular, etc.).
• Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Rally, with experience managing mobile or frontend project sprints using these tools.
