About the position

The Senior Project Controls Engineer at Precision Medicine Group plays a crucial role in supporting the engineering lifecycle of advanced therapy manufacturing processes. This position involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met while maintaining a patient-focused and people-first approach. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, project management, and the ability to identify and resolve roadblocks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Create alignment with cross-functional client departments including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for clients navigating the engineering life cycle of cutting-edge equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Perform due diligence on system and subject domains to generate high-quality project deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and escalate roadblocks and utilize critical thinking skills to identify creative solutions.
  • Produce key project controls deliverables including budget estimates, detailed project schedules, feasibility estimates, project cost reports, and comprehensive monthly project summary reports.
  • Contribute to and embody the Patient Focused and People First Mission through involvement in professional development and philanthropic opportunities.
  • Build meaningful internal and external relationships presenting Project Farma as a service to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline or comparable military experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Project Engineer, Consulting, and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Covid Vaccine is required prior to the Team Member's start date with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations.

  • Experience in the life sciences industry.
