This position is responsible for coordinating, expediting, and distributing project information, ensuring that changes in project priorities are communicated effectively with respect to schedule, performance, and budget. The SPC must possess a strong understanding of construction drawings and plans, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances. This role requires close collaboration with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members throughout the project lifecycle, emphasizing outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships with all stakeholders.
