About the position

The Project Manager at Conagra Brands will lead capital projects within a frozen food manufacturing facility, ensuring alignment with business strategies and adherence to company policies. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various internal and external partners, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with multiple partners including Operations, Finance, EHS, and RQI.
• Interact with external parties such as equipment vendors, construction contractors, and government agencies.
• Travel to various manufacturing plants, vendors, and suppliers as required for project completion.
• Implement assigned projects using a structured engineering workflow process.
• Manage project planning, deliverables, reporting, and spending forecasts to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Two plus years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years total food manufacturing experience or a minimum of 3 years food experience plus 2 years in Pharmaceutical.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% both domestically and internationally.
