About the position

The Senior Project Engineer at Conagra Brands in Darien, WI, is responsible for leading capital projects within a frozen food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for capital projects in the facility.
• Communicate and coordinate with multiple partners including Operations, Finance, EHS, and RQI.
• Interact with external parties such as equipment vendors, construction contractors, and government agencies.
• Travel to various sites including company and co-manufacturer plants as required for project completion.
• Implement projects using a structured engineering workflow process.
• Ensure all project planning, deliverables, reporting, and spending forecasts are managed effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Two plus years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years total food manufacturing experience or a minimum of 3 years food experience plus 2 years in Pharmaceutical
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment
• Willingness to travel up to 15% both domestically and internationally.
