About the position

As a Senior Project Manager at Stryker, you will be part of the Advanced Operations CMF PMO team, focusing on developing process strategies for products in the Cranio-Maxillo-Facial (CMF) area. This hybrid role involves overseeing projects from initial concept through to production, ensuring efficient manufacturing methods are employed. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive project success while adhering to quality and budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for implementing supply chains and manufacturing strategies for new patient-specific products.
• Accountability for all design transfer activities and to deliver the product on time, in scope, in quality and on budget.
• Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation.
• Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance.
• Mentor and coach other Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 6+ years of post-grad work experience
• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP or equivalent preferred.
