The position also involves coordinating events with Press & Public Affairs to keep them informed of initiatives that may attract media interest. A solid background in marketing, communication, production management, and campaign development is essential. The candidate must possess knowledge of competitors, market conditions, and healthcare industry trends that could impact marketing outcomes. Staying updated on local, regional, and national marketing trends is crucial for providing informed opinions on marketing concepts. The ability to understand financial influences and develop strategies that promote Lee Health's services while building market share and customer loyalty is also required. Additionally, the candidate will participate in multi-disciplinary committees and task forces to achieve system goals and promote various service lines, including those related to pediatrics and physicians.
