About the position

The Senior Project Manager for Data Center Construction will lead complex projects focused on high-voltage systems and 30MW data centers. This role involves overseeing all phases of project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while collaborating with various stakeholders and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of data center projects, from planning and design to construction and commissioning.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring project scope is met and materials are procured.
• Oversee installation of high-voltage electrical systems for data centers (up to 30MW) and ensure seamless integration with cooling and HVAC systems.
• Work closely with General Contractors to keep projects on track with quality, timelines, and budget.
• Proactively identify risks, manage changes, and keep the project moving smoothly.
• Provide regular updates, meetings, and reports to keep all stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in managing large-scale data center projects with high-voltage electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of 30MW data centers, HVAC, electrical, and cooling systems.
• Proven success in both Owner’s Rep and General Contractor roles.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with multi-site data center projects.
