About the position

The Senior Project Manager for PDS Industrial at JLL is responsible for leading and managing complex industrial construction projects. This role involves cultivating client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Senior Project Manager will mentor junior staff, manage project teams, and contribute to business development initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate positive relations with project managers and associates.
• Market the company's services to potential clients.
• Lead relationship management for strategic alliance clients.
• Assist clients in developing real estate strategies linked to business objectives.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate project managers and associates.
• Manage relationships with clients and supplier partners.
• Generate and manage project schedules and documentation.
• Lead client and stakeholder project calls and meetings.
• Monitor risk registers and ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are adhered to.
• Act as a client champion and single point of contact for projects.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in construction, with at least 4 years in industrial construction.
• Proficient understanding of drawings and specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior staff.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
