About the position

As a Senior Project Manager for Inventory Innovation at Hilton, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's commercial services, which include sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. This position is integral to Hilton's commercial engine, focusing on achieving profitable growth through effective project management and collaboration with various stakeholders. You will report to the Director of Inventory Planning and work remotely, leading initiatives that enhance inventory management and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work with Hilton partners and vendors to establish working practices, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure alignment with project plans.
• Identify functionality gaps by collaborating with subject matter experts and develop remediation plans.
• Align the team with project methods, implement standards, and supervise opportunities for progression.
• Develop an understanding of commercial objectives and revenue management systems across brands and geographies.
• Act as a strategic partner with business leads, product owners, leadership, and deployment teams.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of professional experience
• Five (5) years of experience in Project Management
• Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and collaboration
• Project-level leadership skills, including organizing tasks, timing, risks, scope, budget, and reporting
• Experience in executing large-scale changes across a global organization
• Proficiency in creating memos, internal briefings, presentations, and training materials.

Nice-to-haves

• Seven (7) years of professional experience in Project Management
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification
• Understanding of revenue management, pricing, inventory, and on-property operations
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, and other project planning tools
• Hospitality experience.
