About the position

The Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master role is designed for an experienced Agile practitioner to lead projects within the Service Marketing area. This hands-on position requires expertise in project management duties, including planning, scope, financial, and schedule management, while influencing decisions that impact project success in a large Safe Agile Team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project and executive PowerPoint presentations
• Work closely in a large cross-functional environment with the business and IT teams and external vendors
• Regularly host project meetings, manage deadlines, and coordinate efforts across departments
• Collaboratively work with external vendors and suppliers, where required, for project execution
• Continuously assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Implement quality assurance processes and ensure deliverables meet established standards
• Oversee testing phases, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders and address any project-related issues promptly
• Facilitate transition from legacy systems to modernized solutions, promoting user acceptance and adoption of new technologies

Requirements

• Proficiency in Clarity, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft suite of tools
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within the specified budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment
• Proven experience in risk management and leadership
